We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You at will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with existing clients while hunting for more.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
  • Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
  • Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
  • Make presentations for prospective clients and internal executives
  • Track, identify, and add qualified prospects to the sales pipeline
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
  • Track and report on the status of proposal components
  • Conduct ongoing market research
  • Drive the end-to-end sales process
  • Prepare and submit sales contracts
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Requirements

  • Proven 4-5 years of working experience as a business development executive/manager, sales executive, or a relevant role using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and/or HubSpot
  • Proven sales track record
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or a relevant field
