Web & Media Designer (ZR-294)

Seeking a talented and versatile individual to join our team as a Digital Content and Social Media Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in website design on CMS platforms such as WordPress and Shopify, coupled with proficiency in creating engaging social media content and managing various social media channels. Additionally, this role involves handling data entry tasks to ensure accurate and organized information management.

Website Design and Maintenance:

• Design, develop, and maintain websites on CMS platforms like WordPress and Shopify.
• Customize website themes/templates to align with branding guidelines and optimize user experience.
• Data Entry and Management:
• Input and update data accurately into databases, spreadsheets, or content management systems.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency by verifying and correcting data as needed.
• Organize and maintain digital files and documents systematically.
• Social Media Management:
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followership.
• Create compelling social media content (graphics, captions) tailored to different platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter).
• Schedule and publish posts across various social media channels using scheduling tools.
• Monitor social media platforms for comments, messages, and mentions, and engage with the audience promptly.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to track the effectiveness of campaigns.

Requirements

• Proven experience in website design using CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or similar.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
