We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Support/Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while also driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building with our clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products or services to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, assess their needs, and offer appropriate solutions or recommendations.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy, aiming for swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Educate customers about our products or services, including features, benefits, pricing, and promotions.
  • Actively engage in sales activities to upsell or cross-sell products/services.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs to enhance sales and customer service skills.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing insights, best practices, and feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think creatively and proactively address customer needs.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales/support tools is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
